In Search of Oldton

By a circuitous route, we are homing in on the second Oldton bus stop, and the old house that stands behind it.

I assume that this is where the Oldton tour bus stopped (if such a thing really ever existed). People from miles around might well want to ride through a disappearing town once in a while and see how it is changing. The guide could tell chilling stories about what used to be here but is no more. Bets might be placed on what part of town is going to go next.

Not many people would get off at the Oldton stop for fear that they might disappear too. But a few might get on. People who are hoping *not* to disappear, but by the very act of departing on the bus are actually contributing to the town's demise.
